David Eddleman of Waco, Texas, has been involved in the world of retail and fashion for over 25 years as a store merchandiser, visual merchandising director and special events coordinator. He is a former owner of The Everett-Asbury Modeling Agency of Waco and has worked for such retailers as Dillard's and Sears in Texas, The Gap in New York City and McRaes Department Stores in Mississippi. He is currently owner of blk. (black), A Dress Salon selling evening gowns and cocktail dresses and co-owner of ReWURKS Interior ReArrangers. Six years ago he became the local Director for the MISS TEXAS USA system first producing the MISS WACO USA pageant
then added MISS HEART OF TEXAS and MISS CENTRALPLEX. Many of his contestants have advanced to the top 15 at MISS TEXAS USA and MISS TEXAS TEEN USA, with one MISS contestant (Alexis Young) in the top 5 and was the proud Director for MISS WACO TEEN USA, Sommer Isdale who went on to be crowned MISS TEXAS TEEN USA 2007. David has served as a member of the Board of Directors for The Central Texas Rehabilitation Center, The McLennan County HIV/Aids Education Services (McCares) and as Decorations Co-Chair for Waco's Cattle Barron’s Ball, benefiting The American Cancer Society. David has also produced many fashion shows for various causes and charities.
